We can't have a weight loss program without addressing exercise. If you've struggled with high-intensity workouts not resulting in weight loss, don't worry. While high-intensity exercises have benefits like muscle gains, during the first four weeks of this program, we will focus on low-intensity activities such as walking, yoga, and Pilates. Remember, if you have to choose between exercise and sleep, prioritize rest for now.
